HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs may vary by item.
PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.
Estimated Delivery
As soon as the order is processed, we will send tracking information to the email used during the purchase. Delivery may take approximately 4-5 days.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at thebmgshop@gmail.com.
If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.)
RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item as soon as possible.
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We charge a 30% restocking fee for non-defective items and items received in 100% condition. As soon as we receive your request, we will send you a return label. As soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
The BMG Shop has the right to refuse returns that passed the 15 days allowed time after delivery.
